Ramona
Reynolds, M.Div.

Ramona Reynolds
is a Baptist minister who has served as an educator in Honolulu,
Hawaii, and New York City. She has also served as a Crisis
Counselor for teenagers who are homeless and runaway, before
beginning her ministry in chaplaincy and CPE.
A native of
Kentucky, Ramona received a Bachelor of Arts degree from
The University of Kentucky, and a Master of Divinity from
The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville,
Kentucky. Ramona completed an extended unit of CPE at Florida
Hospital before going to Baylor University Medical Center
in Dallas, Texas and completing two years of CPE residency.
Ramona returned to Florida Hospital where she completed
Supervisory CPE training and was certified by ACPE, Inc.
as a CPE Supervisor in 2006. Ramona became Director of CPE
at Florida Hospital in 2007.
Being from Kentucky
Ramona enjoys NCAA basketball, horseracing and sharing her
home with her son and her dog Maui.

Wesley
R. Monfalcone, D.Min.

Wes
Monfalcone, a Baptist minister, served a church in Northern
Virginia and hospitals in Louisville, Kentucky, Stuart,
FL, and Savannah, GA before coming to Orlando.
A native
of Virginia, Monfalcone received a Bachelor of Arts degree
from the University of Richmond and a Master of Divinity,
Master of Theology and Doctor of Ministry degrees from Southern
Baptist Theological Seminary. A certified Supervisor in
ACPE since 1979, he is also a Board Certified Chaplain in
the Association of Professional Chaplains.
Wes
served as Director of CPE at Florida Hospial from 1995 to
2007.

Alfred
Kambaki, M. Div.
CPE Supervisor
|
Alfred has been involved in various church ministries
in the Seventh-day Adventist Church since 1983. This has
involved roles including church pastor, conference youth
director, church ministries director, ministerial director,
and Conference president in the Adventist Church in Zambia.
More recently, he has been involved in the chaplaincy
ministries as well as Clinical Pastoral Education supervision
at New York University Medical Center, in New York.
Alfred has enjoyed a variety of interests and life experiences
over the years. The main areas of interest and involvment
are teaching, outdoor pursuits, reading and social activities.
Alfred currently holds a Master of Divinity degree from
Andrews University. He is a Board Certified Chaplain in
the Association of Professional Chaplain. He is also a
certified Associate Supervisor by the Association for
Clinical Pastoral Education, Inc..

Orlando
Jay Perez, M.Div.

Jay
Perez is a Seventh-Day Adventist minister who served churches
in Texas before becoming a chaplain and later Director of
Pastoral Care at Huguley Hospital in Fort Worth, Texas.
While there, he helped the hospital gain accreditation as
a CPE Center, and began a Residency program. He also served
the Southwest Region of ACPE as chair of the Racial Ethnic
Minority committee, and as a member of the Certification
Committee.
A native
of Puerto Rico, Jay received a bachelor of arts degree from
Southwestern Adventist University in Keene, Texas, and a
Master of Divinity degree from Andrews University. After
completing a CPE Residency and Supervisory Residency at
Parkland Health & Hospital System in Dallas, he became
certified as a CPE Supervisor in 2000.
Jay
served as Administrative Director of Pastoral Care at Florida
Hospital before becoming Assistant Vice-President in 2006.

Richard
Tibbits, D. Min.

Dick
Tibbits is a Seventh-day Adventist minister who has served
churches in Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Connecticut.
He was a CPE Supervisor, pastoral counselor, Director of
Pastoral Care and Vice President for Mission and Corporate
Culture at Kettering Medical Center in Dayton, OH, before
coming to Florida Hospital.
A native
of New York, Dick received a bachelor of arts degree from
Atlantic Union College, a Master of Divinity degree from
Andrews University Theological Seminary, and a Doctor of
Ministry degree from Andover Newton School of Theology.
He has been a certified ACPE Supervisor since 1985, and
is also a licensed mental health counselor, a Member of
the American Association of Pastoral Counselors and a certified
chaplain with the College of Chaplains. He has published
articles in numerous professional journals. He has served
as an adjunct professor at Fuller Theological Seminary,
United Theological Seminary, and Andrews University Theological
Seminary.
Dick
currently serves as Florida Hospital Vice President and
